A process of active listening to quickly offer new perspective on your leadership challenge, empowering you to take next steps to address root causes.

As a ministry leader you may face an adaptive challenge - a problem with no clear choices, known solutions, or technical fixes. Our team cares about challenges like yours. To help you take your next step forward we will bring together an interdisciplinary team of peer consultants who will listen carefully and offer possible interpretations and reframing of the challenge. Our hope is to empower you with a list of small action steps from which you can choose 3-4 to do in the next six weeks in order to get unstuck.

Time: 2 hours

This process was developed by the Kansas Leadership Center and Cambridge Leadership Associates.

An interactive innovation and discernment workshop for your team to define the complexities of your challenge, prayerfully reflect together, and begin to design new approaches to the challenge before you. 

You and your team may face a number of complex challenges that call for creative and prayerful responses.  Our facilitators will walk alongside your team in a customized process, through which you might launch new ministry initiatives, adapt to rapidly shifting contexts, discern missiological responses to contextual situations, or make sense of systemic patterns and ways forward in your ministry context. Our hope is to foster a creative space for your team to engage with God as you prayerfully imagine and design emerging initiatives.

Time: 2-5 day intensive or 1-2 months of regular meetings 

A community-centered and discernment-driven innovation process for your team or network to overcome barriers to the gospel and its holistic expression at the frontiers of mission. 

You and your team or network may face complex, long-standing barriers to the gospel. These challenges require more time, more people, and renewed vision. To make progress on this kind of shared challenge, our facilitators will help you form a community of leaders dedicated to seeking understanding, prayerfully reflecting, and discerning new ways forward together. Our hope is to facilitate a process of discovery where God can give you creative vision, shift your ministry paradigms, and call you into new expressions of His kingdom. 

Time: 1-3 years; this includes several gatherings and regular meetings
